YEEROS WITH FRENCH FRIES
Mix a tablespoon of olive oil with finely cut potatoes and bake in the oven, at 230 ΟC for 10 min.
Lower the temperature at 180 ΟC, add yeeros and pitta bread and cook for another 5-6 min.
Serve with tomatoes and onion rings.
